Returns & Refunds

Online training purchases are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.

Returns for tools and physical products are not automatically accepted and require prior authorization. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery.

Rollers, kits containing rollers, used tools, and clearance or special-order items are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
