Returns for Tools & Training

Geek Wraps tools are professional installation tools designed for production use. Because of this, returns are limited and not handled like typical retail products. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return.

Returns require prior authorization and are not automatically accepted.

Online Training Courses

Online training purchases are:

Non-refundable
Non-cancellable
Non-transferable

Access to digital training is provided for 45 days from the date of purchase. Sharing login access or course materials is not permitted.

By purchasing a digital training course, you acknowledge that access to the training materials is provided immediately and agree that digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Tools & Physical Products

Geek Wraps tools are professional installation tools used in production environments. Because of this, returns are not automatically accepted.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us for return authorization prior to returning any items.

Returns may be approved only if:

The item is unused
The item is in original packaging
The request is made within 14 days of delivery

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Tools that show any signs of use are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Rollers
Kits containing rollers
Used tools
Clearance or special-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Orders placed through third-party sales channels (including AI-assisted platforms) follow the same return, refund, and support policies outlined on this page.
