Created for high-efficiency commercial and fleet installations, the Box Truck Pro Kit pairs two essential rollers built to handle rivets, textured substrates, and large surface areas with speed and control. This kit is ideal for box trucks, aluminum trailers, and demanding commercial wrap environments.

Both rollers feature an ultra-glide bushing system, delivering a smooth, quiet roll with no wear on the axle or roller core—reducing fatigue while maintaining consistent pressure throughout the install.

Air Wrangler Small Torch Roller

Precision CNC-milled from aircraft-grade T-6 aluminum, the Small Torch Roller features a solid 1" diameter aluminum hub supporting a high-density foam roller secured with dual stainless-steel axle bolts. The foam roller measures approximately 1" wide.

Designed for rivets and textured surfaces, this double-duty forearm roller allows vinyl to be laid efficiently over challenging substrates. Lightweight and easy to control, it excels on standard rivet patterns found on box trucks and aluminum trailers.

Not advised for calendered vinyl.

Big Easy Roller

The Big Easy Roller delivers broad, even pressure across a 7.25" wide foam roller mounted on a solid aluminum core axle that resists bending or flexing under load. Minimal effort is required to lay vinyl smoothly across large surfaces.

Machined from aircraft-grade T-6 aluminum, it can be used with one or two hands and performs like a portable manual mounter—making it ideal for large trucks, trailers, and a variety of exterior and interior textured substrates.

Not advised for calendered vinyl.
