Geek Wraps Torch Rollers are designed for heated vinyl installation on riveted and textured surfaces, delivering controlled pressure and consistent heat where traditional rollers fall short. The Small Torch Roller excels at box truck and trailer rivet rows, allowing fast, one-handed sweeps and standing alone as the only roller capable of pouncing—fully seating rivets while filling cavities and valleys.
The Large Torch Roller is built for applying graphics to textured walls such as stucco, brick, cinder block, and knockdown finishes, making it ideal for large-format wall and architectural installs.
Both rollers are crafted from T-6 aircraft-grade aluminum and feature a precision-machined solid 1" aluminum core for smooth, controlled rolling performance under heat.

• Large: 3¾″–4″ diameter roller
