The Geek Wraps Big Boy Utility Roller is designed for heated vinyl installation on riveted surfaces, allowing box truck and trailer rivet rows to be knocked out in fast, one-handed sweeps. It also delivers pouncing capability for fully seated rivets and filled cavities on textured installs.
The heat gun mounts and releases instantly, rotating freely to change roller direction without interrupting workflow. A removable heater head allows the tool to be used as a standard handheld utility roller when heat is not required.
It features a high-density 2" foam roller on a solid 1" aluminum core axle, with a CNC-milled aircraft-grade T-6 aluminum body and a second-generation bushing system for smooth, quiet operation with no wear on the axle or core.
